DNS IT’s philosophy to deliver Managed IT Services is simple. It is based on accountability, innovative solutions with consistent and reliable support.

 

Our centralised Service Desk automates the handling of any IT support or IT maintenance issue and our multi-skilled team ensures fast resolution. No finger-pointing, no ‘passing the buck’, no complicated processes – just accountability.

 

Examples of our work

Our customer needed to future proof for growth and minimise business risks with a proper Disaster Recovery strategy and a new agile network infrastructure supporting 800 users, 85 sites, 90 servers and 2 data centres.

 

DNS IT was responsible for the consultation, design, procurement, build and deployment. DNS IT consolidated and centralised with new blade servers, storage area network, virtual services and distributed file systems hosted in a purpose-built data centre.

This new infrastructure is under a Managed Services Agreement with DNS IT.
